You Get Free Shipping!

Every UPLIFT Desk ships for free to commercial and residential locations in the United States (lower 48). Most orders ship the same or next business day! Please allow additional processing and shipping time for any holidays. Most desks 72" wide or less will ship ground, with larger orders shipping via freight carrier. For example, if your desktop is wider than 72" or made of solid wood, the desk will ship via freight truck. Standard free freight shipping includes loading dock or curbside service; you will be in charge of bringing the individually boxed items inside. Once you place your order, we'll contact you to make sure we arrange the most appropriate free shipping method based on your needs, if required.

Receive Your Items Even Faster with Paid Shipping

All of our products ship via ground for free, but some items can be delivered even faster with paid shipping options. Please note that this will not affect your order's processing time, only the amount of time the order spends in transit. We do, however, offer Expedited Production on all our products as well. Select this method, and one of our white glove agents will install your desk for you. We are usually able to arrange these services for you at a flat rate. In the rare case that additional charges are needed to ship this order via this method, we will contact you first. Please note: choosing this method will add 1.5 to 2 weeks to your order's transit time. Accessory and/or treadmill installation will incur an additional fee, as detailed below, and includes installation of all accessories purchased on the desk listing (treadmll incurs an additional fee). Please note that most of the chairs that are purchasable on the desk listings are shipped fully assembled, and only need to be unboxed when they arrive. If you need unboxing/box removal services, please let us know that when you place the order.

Select this method, and one of our white glove agents will deliver your items to the room of your choice in your business or residence. We will arrange these services for you at a flat rate of $199 per desk. In the rare case that additional charges are needed to ship this order via this method, we will contact you first. Please note: choosing this method will add 1.5 to 2 weeks to your order's transit time.

Alaska or Hawaii Shipping

If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii we can still ship to your residence or commercial location. Shipping will be calculated at checkout, and we will contact you after you place your order with shipping information and costs for orders that cannot be calculated online. A less expensive option is to purchase a frame only, which ships from our warehouse the same or next day, and use a top that you buy locally.

International Shipping

UPLIFT Desk offers international shipping of nearly all products to Canada. To countries other than the U.S. or Canada, we offer shipping only if your order contains more than $2,000 of UPLIFT Desk products. APOs outside of Canada fall under this international shipping policy. Desktops are not shipped outside the United States or Canada, so if you want a full sit-stand desk, we suggest that you buy UPLIFT base frames only (over $2,000 worth) and source your desktops locally. For international orders, we may require a wire transfer for payment at our discretion, and taxes and brokerage fees will apply.

International shipping rates are determined on a case-by-case basis, with the exception of Canada (see below). You may call us at 512-614-3152 or 800-349-3839 to get a shipping quote and place your order. If you prefer to order online, we will contact you with shipping information and costs after the order is placed.

Alternatively, we can always ship for free to your freight forwarder in the United States. If you have additional questions about freight forwarding or international shipping please contact us.

International orders are shipped via FedEx and customers are responsible for paying for all costs, customs, and fees upfront. This will ensure a speedy delivery and that your order does not get withheld at customs.

Shipping to Canada
  • Desks shipped to Canada will either ship via freight for a flat rate of $249 or with FedEx Ground to Canada with rates based on items ordered. Shipping cost estimates are not always accurate, and a member of our team will reach out to confirm your order. Large, multiple desk orders may ship freight. Accessories and frames without tops can be ordered directly through the website as well. To save on shipping costs on your desk, frame, or accessory order, you may want to use a border mail service like Kinek, which reduces shipping and brokerage fees. That way you can take advantage of free shipping to the lower 48 United States. Shipping to Canada may be available with extra fees, depending on the shipping method chosen. FedEx Ground to Canada must pay for taxes and brokerage fees, while FedEx International Economy and International Priority must pay for only the taxes. Duties and taxes are assessed by the Canadian government and may vary by province and locality. In most cases, we do not collect and/or pre-pay duties, goods and services tax or other taxes or fees.

Return Policy

We know you’ll love your new UPLIFT desk and accessories and we offer a 30-day trial period to back that up. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your item without paying return charges or restocking fees, though you will be responsible for return shipping. This offer applies to any return of a single UPLIFT desk with standard GREENGUARD-certified laminate, Eco and Eco Curve, 1” thick bamboo, reclaimed wood, whiteboard, or Rubberwood desktops, and single UPLIFT frame-only or accessory orders.

Just let us know via the form within 30 days of receipt that you are planning to return the item and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our solid wood tops and custom laminates are made to order and therefore not returnable; however, you can return the frame and accessories. If you are interested in purchasing multiple desks or accessories, please order one item first to test out our product. Returns on orders with more than one of the same item will be assessed a restocking fee.

  • No restocking fee is applied for the return of a single UPLIFT brand accessory, desk frame, or a single desk with a standard laminate, Eco or Eco Curve, 1" thick bamboo, reclaimed wood, or Rubberwood desktop.
  • You will not be charged for the baseline outbound shipping or freight cost. This does not apply to service add-ons such as expedited shipping or production, Room of Choice Delivery, Installation, or Non-Contiguous US Delivery.
Returns for non-UPLIFT-branded products
  • Shipping to you is free; however if you return an item the total cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.
  • A 10 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all opened products.
General information for all returns
  • RMA number must be requested within 30 days of receipt of product.
  • An RMA number is required for all returns. Please do not return any items without first receiving your RMA number.
  • You are responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number. For full desks and some large items, this may require coordinating with a freight company.
  • All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
  • Returned items with significant damage caused by heavy use or poor packaging will have an additional repair fee deducted from the refund. Adding additional packing material, like newspaper or styrofoam, can help reduce damage due to items shifting in transit.
  • We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. If the returned item is damaged in transit, you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.
  • We do not accept returns on bulk orders. While we're happy to work with you and can, in most cases, offer discounts on bulk orders, we suggest that you order one to test before placing an order for multiples of the same item.
  • Returns on Raynor chairs in colors other than black may incur a higher restocking fee.

  • Most orders ship quickly, so please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel your order.
  • There are no cancellation fees for standard items cancelled before shipment.
  • If the item has already shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
  • Wood tops and custom laminate tops are subject to a cancellation fee to cover the costs of materials used.
