Lead Time: Made-to-order desktops are not in-stock and construction doesn't begin until the order is placed. Please make note of the lead time in the top right of this page.

Returns: Made-to-order items cannot be returned, but all other items on your order, such as desk frames and accessories, can be returned (barring any other exception).

Cancellations: Any cancellations of made-to-order items may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the time frame and where we are at in the process of creating your desktop.
