This spacious table features ample room underneath for desk accessories and storage options like filing cabinets, or for pulling up a chair for a short-term work session or meeting. If sitting for more than two to three hours per day, ergonomists recommend switching to a height adjustable workstation.

Ideal seated height: 29" high table with a 1" thick top attached; 28" frame height. Casters raise the overall table height (standard casters by 1.5", soft roll casters by 2.5", and heavy duty casters by 4.7").

Tabletop options: Compatible with all UPLIFT rectangular and curved desktops and tabletops.
