Good for Your Neck & Eyes

The Crestview Align Triple Monitor Arm enables monitors to be ergonomically positioned for increased comfort and productivity while working. Adjust the height, tilt, distance, and alignment of screens to reduce stress on the neck, shoulders, and torso—and to prevent eyes from straining to see a monitor that is too far away.

Height: Make sure that the top of your monitor is at or just below eye level. Neck extension, or tilting your head backward to read your screen, is a frequent cause of neck discomfort.

Distance: Place your monitor screen roughly an arm's length (fingertip reach) away. A monitor too far from the eyes is a primary cause of neck, back, and shoulder discomfort. Positioning the screen too far away results in difficulty reading the screen. Your eyes will tend to pull your head forward causing your neck to extend forward past your shoulder line.

Vertical Angle: Adjust the vertical screen angle to minimize glare from windows and other light sources.

Horizontal Angle: For the monitors that are positioned not directly in front of you, adjust the horizontal angle so that they're more perpendicular to your perspective and less parallel to your desk.

Floating Monitors Reclaim Desktop Space

The Crestview Align Triple Monitor Arm is capable of 13" of vertical adjustment range provided by a smooth operating gas assisted spring arm that perfectly counterbalances monitors. Adjust the position of three monitors with one motion while keeping them horizontally aligned. The gas spring and ergonomic handle enables smooth, effortless, and simultaneous adjustment of the height and depth of all monitors.

By floating the monitor above the desktop, valuable desktop real estate is reclaimed. The additional usable workspace contributes to a better organized and more productive environment.

Primary Zone: Stretching approximately 15" to 17" from the user, this zone is for frequently used items (like a keyboard and mouse).

Secondary Zone: Stretching approximately 27" away from the user, items in this zone can be reached without leaning forward. It's a good space for a beverage, phone, notepads, writing utensils, or reference books.

Tertiary Zone: Stretching approximately 42" to 45" from the user, this zone is best used for infrequently used items such as lamps, sunglasses, or decorations.

Integrated Cable Channels and Allen Wrench Holder

Useful Features

Built-in Allen Wrench Holder: Holder is conveniently located behind the monitor arm base to house the included allen wrenches. This is useful for minor arm adjustments or relocating the monitor arm in the future.

Integrated Cable Management: Route cables and cords efficiently and cleanly from the monitor to the computer.

180 or 360 Degrees of Pivot: The Crestview Align Triple Monitor Arm is capable of switching between 360 and 180 degrees of pivot depending on your needs. Effortlessly engage the 180 degree stopping mechanism to prevent the monitor arm from rotating past the back edge of the desk. This feature ensures the prevention of collisions with walls, privacy panels, or perhaps the monitors of a coworker seated opposite.

Optional Wiring Kit

The optional Crestview Monitor Arm Wiring Kit adds two 3.0 USB ports and two multimedia ports. Provides convenient access to USB charging, microphone and headset jacks. With a 6' cable length that is sufficient for most setups for the wiring from the computer to the monitor arm base (if 6' is not enough, cable extensions can be utilized). The Wiring Kit is available in black only, regardless of the color of the monitor arm selected.

Installation & Assembly

Choose from two included mounting options:

  • The Clamp-On method clamps the monitor arm to the edge of the desktop or to grommet holes that are over 3" in diameter. The clamp-on method works with desktops ranging from 0.4" - 3.3" in thickness.
  • The Bolt-Through method attaches the monitor arm anywhere on the desktop or table using an existing hole (such as a grommet hole) or a new bolt hole (drill a ½" hole). The bolt-through method works with desktops ranging from 0.4" - 1.8" in thickness.

The quick release VESA plate greatly assists with monitor installation. Instead of holding the monitor up to the monitor arm to fasten with screws, attach the VESA plate to your monitor first, and then slide the VESA plate onto the monitor arm.

The Crestview Align Triple Monitor Arm supports monitors weighing between 2.2 lb to 13.2 lb, delivering an extremely wide weight range to accommodate most monitors.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I use this arm with a desk that isn't an UPLIFT Desk?

Yes, this accessory is compatible with UPLIFT and non-UPLIFT desks, as long as the desktop meets the thickness specification:

    • Clamp-On (0.4" - 3.3" desktop thickness)
    • Bolt-Through (0.4" - 1.8" desktop thickness)
  2. Do you have the Crestview in a single or dual monitor arm option?

Yes, the Crestview is available in 4 configurations: Single, Dual, Align Dual, and the Align Triple.

  3. Is the handle removable?

Yes, the handle is removable. You can choose to not install it or install it to get your monitors adjusted then remove it when the monitors are at the correct position. The handle location can also be adjusted to four different heights.

  4. Can the monitor arm be mounted upside down, say from a ceiling?

The monitor arm is not designed to be mounted upside down and the monitors should not be rotated upside down either.

  5. Can arms / swivels be locked, so that the monitor does not move if bumped?

The base should not move if installed properly but there is no way to lock the swivel of the arm joints.

  6. I need help setting up my monitor arm at the ergonomically correct position. Do you have any tips?

Distance: Place your monitor screen roughly an arm's length (fingertip reach) away. Positioning the screen too far away will cause you to have trouble seeing the monitor and your eyes will pull your head forward causing you to extend your neck; this often leads to neck, back, and shoulder discomfort.

Height: Make sure that the top line of your monitor is at or just below eye level. Tilting your head backward to read your screen leads to discomfort.

Angle: Adjust screen angle to minimize glare from windows and light sources.

Read more on the How to Position Your Screen Ergonomically Using a Monitor Arm (pdf).

  7. What is a "quick-release VESA mount"?

We understand the frustration of holding a monitor up with one hand while trying to fasten it onto the VESA plate with the other.

The quick release VESA mount makes attaching a monitor simple. Fasten the included VESA plate to the back of your monitor, then slide the VESA plate into the mount at the end of the monitor arm.

This feature also makes changing or moving monitors much easier. Press on the tab to disengage the lock and slide it off the monitor arm.
