Customizable comfort
The Facet Ergonomic Chair by UPLIFT Desk is an excellent value and a great fit. The height, headrest, back, lumbar, three-way arms, tilt lock, seat depth, and synchro-tilt mechanism are all adjustable to create a custom and comfortable sitting experience.

The breathable mesh fabric back alleviates body temperature build-up, letting heat transfer away from the body and providing better ventilation and airflow.
Synchro-tilt mechanism
The Italian-designed synchro-tilt mechanism synchronizes chair back and seat movement in a 2:1 ratio. For every 2° the back tilts, the seat tilts 1°, allowing feet to remain flat on the floor while reclining.
By supporting the weight of the upper body on the chair back while opening up the hip angle, the lumbar spine is allowed to assume a healthy, natural curve.
Superlative back support
With a greater back height adjustment range than any other UPLIFT Desk chair, the Facet can be adjusted to fit a large variety of body frame types and torsos.
The auto-weight sensing tilt tension provides the perfect amount of force needed to recline the seat back based on user weight. Use the tilt lock feature to secure the chair back in place.
Padded seat
The padded foam seat cushion is upholstered with quality fabric for a comfortable and durable seat.
While we recommend alternating between sitting and standing throughout the day no matter what chair you sit in, the Facet's mesh back and cushioned seat combination helps keep you comfortable when seated.
Highly adjustable arms
The Facet's armrests support arms at the perfect height and angle for maximum comfort.
Press the armrests inward or outward to rotate them, and use the button lock to switch between five different height settings.

Optional blade chair casters

These blade style polyurethane wheels make for a quiet, nearly frictionless roll. Ideal for harder surfaces like low to medium pile carpet, ceramic tile, laminate, hardwood, concrete, vinyl, and chair mats. Not recommended on thick carpet with thick pad.

Set the chair height so your feet rest flat on the floor, with your knees comfortably bent at about a 90° angle.
Sit with your back fully supported by the backrest, and adjust the seat depth to maintain about an inch of space between the back of your knees and the seat cushion, ensuring no pressure on the backs of your knees.
Position the armrests at elbow height, so your forearms form a comfortable 90° angle.
Set the recline and tilt tension to ease the load on your lower back. A tilt angle of around 110° is ideal for comfortable mouse and keyboard use.
Vertically adjust the lumbar support to align with your lower back, ensuring it follows the natural curve of your spine.
Headrest (if applicable) - To adjust a headrest for optimal comfort, start by raising or lowering it so the curved part supports the base of your skull, keeping your neck in a neutral position. Adjust the depth and angle to ensure it gently cradles your head without pushing it forward or backward. Finally, fine-tune the position until it provides natural, comfortable support for both your head and neck.
