Office storage & workspace organization

With 1.7 cubic feet of storage space inside, this cabinet has plenty of room to keep a workspace organized. The 3-Drawer Narrow Square File Cabinet is the perfect size for under desk placement and works equally well when placed beside a desk.

The top two drawers are ideal for personal items, like a phone, keys, glasses, or wallet. Use the removable pencil tray to keep necessities like pens, paperclips, and batteries nearby. The tray can be placed in one of 11 positions in either of the top two drawers. 

If you've got files to organize, use the large bottom drawer to hang legal or letter size folders. The cabinet includes a hanging folder bar that is movable to fit multiple folder sizes.

All three drawers extend completely via full-extension glides, giving convenient access to the back of the drawers. If you plan on having heavier items in the bottom drawer, install the included support caster to eliminate tipping when the drawer is extended.

Soft-close drawers

The file cabinet's top two drawers have a soft-close feature that gently closes the last half-inch to minimize noise, extend cabinet life, and avoid finger pinches. The soft-close also helps keep the drawers' contents more organized and in place, not as jostled with each open and close.

Soft-close glides keep drawers from slamming, shaking colleagues out of "the zone"—or worse, wake your dog or cat if you work from home.
