We're dedicated to designing and manufacturing high-quality, durable, and functional products, all backed by a 15-year warranty. We have the fewest warranty exceptions in the industry; we truly do have you covered!

Standing desk issues:

Warranty process:

In the rare event that you discover a defect, we will perform a thorough assessment to diagnose the issue. Photos or videos you provide will improve our ability to quickly and correctly identify the issue and resolve it for you. Once we receive a completed warranty form, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. We may require the defective product to be returned.

Shipping:

If a replacement is needed, all in-stock products are shipped in 1-2 business days, most via FedEx ground. We ship from Austin, TX. View the shipping page to see transit times. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Within the contiguous United States: We cover shipping costs for both the product return and the product replacement for approved warranty claims submitted during the first year after purchase. After one year, all warranty-related shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Outside of the contiguous United States: All warranty related shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Extend the warranty on your UPLIFT Desk from 15 years to 25 years

The extended warranty must be purchased within 90 days of your original UPLIFT Desk purchase.
