Determine the correct plug: Look at the shape of the power input hole on your control box, or if you have the original cord, look at the shape of the female connector that plugs into the control box and the number of prongs on the plug that goes into an outlet. Reference the image to the right to determine the correct cord you need.

Determine the correct plug by looking at the shape of the power input hole on your control box, or if you have the original cord, looking at the shape of the female connector that plugs into the control box and the number of prongs on the plug that goes into an outlet.
If the power input hole or the original cord's female connector is shaped like a rounded hexagon, determine whether your desk is a V1 or V2/V2-Commercial. Take a look at the left or right side of your frame, if you DON'T see the UPLIFT Desk logo near the top of the frame then it is a V1 frame. If you DO see a logo, you have either a V2 or V2-Commercial Frame.
