Mesh is very breathable, so it is good for warmer climates or people who tend to run on the warmer side. However, a mesh seat is not as supportive as an upholstered seat over the course of an entire workday. The Ergohuman with Leather Seat and Mesh Back (LEM6ERGLO) provides benefits from both types.
The headrest is not removable.
