Proper lighting can enhance productivity and focus. The Sliding Flex Lamp offers six brightness levels and four color temperatures to provide the perfect light for the situation, from promoting wakefulness to helping wind things down.
Natural daylight subtly changes brightness and color throughout the day, ranging from warm morning tones to bright, cool afternoon whites and back to soft, warm, dimmed evening light. The body's internal clock syncs to these colors and brightnesses, promoting alertness at the right times.
