You can easily take desks apart, connect them back together, or reconfigure the entire design of your space at your own leisure.
If you're adding new desks to your space, you can add this benching system to your order. However, if you already own UPLIFT V2 Standing Desks (2-leg rectangular or 120-degree shaped), simply purchase this system to connect your existing desks together and improve the look and feel of your work area with straight lines and consistently spaced desks.
Other benching solutions on the market require you to buy large benched desks that can't be separated and used as stand alone desks if your needs change. Our benching system works with as few as two* UPLIFT V2 desks. You can start by connecting a single row or a back-to-back row of desks. Then as your team numbers grow, you can continue to bench more desks together in various configurations.
The Two Desk Configuration will sufficiently keep two desks aligned back-to-back. However, if you plan to bench more than two desks back-to-back, we strongly recommend buying the Four Desk Configuration on up, as they will provide a more stable and structured multiple desk benching solution.

It's designed to work with our UPLIFT 2-leg desk frames on 42" through 72" wide rectangular desktops and 120-degree shaped desktops. You have the option to add this affordable and sturdy benching system to your desk purchase, or you can add it to your existing office setup at any time to make the most of your workspace and enjoy all the benefits.
Our benching system spaces desks at a uniform 4" apart, leaving room for a plethora of helpful accessories. You can add monitor arms to keep your monitors positioned at the ideal ergonomic height. You can also attach our acoustic privacy panels to reduce noise and improve users' overall concentration.
Plus, as employees adjust their desk heights throughout the day, they won't have to worry about disrupting their coworkers' workspace. With the spacing between desks fixed at 4", you avoid any incidental pinch points when moving between sitting and standing.

Our kits allow you to bench 2-16 desks together (as standard offerings). Buying the Two Desk Configuration will sufficiently keep two desks aligned. However, if you plan to bench more than two desks, we strongly recommend buying the Four Desk Configuration on up, as they will provide a more stable and structured multiple desk benching solution. This system was designed for our 2-leg rectangular and 120-degree shaped UPLIFT V2 Standing Desks. It's not compatible with our 4-leg or 3-leg desks. It's also not compatible with our curved corner desks, as there will be ~1" less clearance between desks from side to side and from back to back.
Yes, simply remove the hardware and repurpose the desks. You can always re-bench the desks together as well.
Yes, this benching system can be installed on an existing UPLIFT V2 Standing Desk, or you can install it during initial desk assembly.

No, the Desk Benching System (V2) by UPLIFT Desk only works with UPLIFT V2 frames. However, we also have the Desk Benching System (V1) by UPLIFT Desk, which is compatible with our UPLIFT V1 frames. Check them out here!
You can determine whether or not your desk is an UPLIFT V2 by looking at the outer portion of your frame (on either the right or left side). All UPLIFT V2 Frames have "UPLIFT Desk" printed on the side. The V1 frames do not.
The Benching System (for V1 Desks) allows you to connect four desks in a double row - back-to-back and side-by-side - configuration. If you want to connect more UPLIFT V1 Desks beyond the initial grouping of four, you can purchase additional kits.
The Benching System (for V2 Desks) comes with sub-kits that allow you to bench together as few as two or as many as 16 desks in double row configurations, and an unlimited number of desks in a single row configuration. The V2-Commercial desk displays an UPLIFT Desk logo on the side of the frame, and includes a lower crossbar for support and has thicker legs than the UPLIFT V2 Frame.
