Adjust your keyboard tray so that your elbows are bent at 90 degrees. Next, make sure your wrists are straight while typing. There are two mechanism options for the keyboard tray. Our most advanced mech is the Quick-Adjust Mechanism. Adjust the height of the keyboard tray up to 8" by simply lifting and releasing. 30 degrees worth of tilt adjustments are made via a simple dial, allowing you to fine-tune your positioning. This quick and straightforward method allows you to spend more time on the things that matter to you.
Our budget-friendly option, the Economy Mechanism, has a single knob that allows you to adjust the keyboard platform's height up to 6" with spring assistance. The keyboard tilt adjustment range adjusts from positive to negative 15 degrees.
Swivel your keyboard tray a full 360 degrees. Turn the keyboard tray away from you to make room for coworkers to approach your desk. Or, swivel the tray out of your way when you leave your workspace. If you'd like to store the tray out of view, push the tray back on the secured track under your desk.
In addition to changing the height of your keyboard tray, you can also adjust the tilt of the tray as well. Both mechanisms offer 20 degrees of tilt adjustment, helping you maintain straight wrists while typing, which aides in reducing wrist pain.

Both the Economy and Quick-Adjust come in 11" and 21" long tracks so you can mount them on the desk of your choice. We recommend using a desk that is at least as deep as the track you choose.
