The Active Anti-Fatigue Mat E7 has a unique terrain, full of possibilities for comfort and support. Get to know the mat's landscape on a self-guided active standing journey. 

Anti-fatigue mat - start by standing in the middle for traditional support. The polyurethane material has just the right amount of bounce 

Massage mounds - stretch and massage the arches of your feet on either side of the mat. Put one or both feet on the mound, then lean in with as much pressure as feels comfortable

Massage bumps - enjoy a kneading effect on the bottom of feet with the smaller massage bumps

Power wedges - take pressure off of heels and stretch calves on the rear sloped platforms

Rest bar - prop up a foot on the rest bar at the front of the mat. Lean into the rest bar for a deep stretch
