How it works
Getting reimbursed for your ergonomic furniture purchase is simple. The entire process happens after you complete your order.
1. Complete your purchase
Use your normal payment method to complete your purchase. Do not pay with an HSA/FSA card during checkout. After your order, check your confirmation screen or email receipt for a link to the Truemed survey.

2. Take a quick survey
Complete a quick, private health assessment. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine eligibility. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) by email, typically within a few days.

3. Submit for reimbursement
Follow the instructions included with your LMN to submit your purchase for reimbursement to your HSA/FSA provider. Processing times vary by administrator.
