Patented telescoping rail system
Telescopes to fit any desk size
Other power and data rails require matching desks to fixed rail lengths and heights, limiting future design changes. The UPLIFT Power & Data Rail's patented telescoping design, with independent adjustment of post height and rail width, suits all desk sizes and enables changes on the fly as desks are installed and reconfigured.
Two rail size options accommodate desks ranging from 35" to 83" wide. Adjustable height posts prevent rails from interfering with desks and accessories, like monitor arms, while optimizing privacy panel height.
Benching
Keep workspaces aligned by positioning the leveling glides of UPLIFT Desk feet into the patented benching pockets in the Power & Data Rail feet.
For desks of any make, simply adjust the leveling glides and set the desk feet on top of the flat, low-profile post feet of the Power & Data rail.
Shared Power
Rails supply power and data connectivity to groups of up to 4 desks with one plug-in power infeed, or up to 12 desks with one hardwired infeed.

UL certified
The Power & Data Rail is designed exclusively for use with Byrne 8-Trac UL recognized components.
Data delivery
Each Power & Data Rail includes a Byrne data plate and adapter kit for network ethernet cables routed through the rails.
Adapter kits allow various types and brands of data jacks and couplers to be installed into the rail faces for easy access.
Power source infeed options
Wall or floor outlet
Connect the plug-in power infeed to a 20-amp wall or floor outlet to provide power to up to four desks.
Hardwired
Power up to 12 desks with the hardwire power infeed. Requires a licensed electrician and up to four 20-amp circuits.
City of Chicago exclusion
While the Byrne 8-Trac system is UL certified, the city of Chicago does not allow the use of modular power systems. All electrical components for systems furniture in Chicago must be hardwired by a licensed electrician. Therefore, plug-and-play systems such as this, or any other Power & Data Rail system are not compliant in Chicago. For more information, please contact a licensed electrician who is familiar with Chicago office requirements.

Coordinated components
Power & Data Pole
This telescoping vertical pole conceals and distributes power and data connections from the ceiling to the Power & Data Rail to support workstations anywhere in your business, even locations far from wall outlets.
Pole telescopes to accommodate ceilings between 8' to 12' high and supports wiring for up to four 20-amp power runs and up to 16 ethernet data cable runs.
The Power & Data Pole can be added to any Power & Data Rail configuration in multiple ways:
Attach the pole directly to rail posts using the included brackets
Attach the pole to any end or middle post along the Power & Data Rail row
Attach the pole to any open side of a post where no rail is attached
Improve focus & productivity
Add optional Acoustic or Frosted Acrylic Privacy Panels to the Power & Data Rail to reduce distractions and increase privacy and focus.
Reduce noise
PET Acoustic Privacy Panels have a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) rating of 0.85 which means they capture 85% of the sound that hits them.
Enhance privacy
The Frosted Acrylic Privacy Panels offer a modern, professional appearance that blends well with office decor. The frosted finish adds a subtle texture and elegance, allowing light to pass through while softening glare.
Uniform height
Privacy panels attached to Power & Data Rails present a uniform appearance and height across the office. Acoustic or Frosted Acrylic Privacy Panels can also attach directly to height adjustable desks, allowing them to move up and down with the desks.

Gallery Panel
Gallery Panels create bookends for the Power & Data Rail system, creating visual separation between adjacent aisles. Gallery Panels effortlessly integrate with new and existing installations, attaching directly to the end posts of Power & Data Rail rows.
Gallery Panels are available for single and dual rows of 24" or 30" deep desks, ensuring a perfect fit for any workspace configuration. Choose from a wide variety of premium laminate color options for a perfect match with desktops, or choose a striking and contrasting color.
Other benching solutions
Add structure & alignment to your workspace
Neatly align and organize multiple desks with the Benching System for UPLIFT Desks. Unlike other solutions, this system can be easily removed and reinstalled to existing desks, giving your growing office maximum flexibility. Connect a single or back-to-back row of desks, keeping them organized and increasing team collaboration and productivity.
The Benching System is not necessary if an UPLIFT Power & Data Rail and UPLIFT Desks are used.
