That's why we're excited to support Austin Farm Sanctuary, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing farmed animals and transforming how our community views and treats them. Who Austin Farm Sanctuary serves

Austin Farm Sanctuary provides a safe, loving home for farmed animals who have been rescued from neglect, abuse, or abandonment. Their residents include pigs, cows, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, and turkeys, each with a unique story and personality. Today, they care for over 240 residents across 95 acres of peaceful Texas countryside.

But their mission goes beyond sanctuary. Through educational programming and community outreach, they aim to inspire a new understanding of animals as individuals with personalities, needs, and the capacity for connection. Their work challenges harmful norms and encourages mindfulness in how we view, value, and treat farmed animals.

Our donation to Austin Farm Sanctuary

Through our monthly community donation program, we provided standing desks and ergonomic stools to equip Austin Farm Sanctuary's new learning center and chicken hospital. These spaces serve as the heart of their educational mission—where visitors of all ages discover the individual stories of rescued animals and learn how they can become advocates for animal welfare.

Our furniture donation creates versatile, comfortable environments that adapt to diverse learning needs, from interactive workshops and guided tours to veterinary care sessions. By supporting these essential spaces, we're helping AFS expand their reach and continue their vital work of education, healing, and community transformation.
