UPLIFT V2 2-Leg Desk Assembly Video

We make our products easy to assemble. Watch a 2-minute video of us assembling an UPLIFT V2 Desk (we assemble it in just 7 minutes)!

For more detail, here's the 8-minute version of that same video (where we assemble the desk in 7 minutes).

UPLIFT Desk Reset Procedure

Before using your desk for the first time, always perform a reset per our quick reset instructions. (There's no need to do a thorough reset unless the desk isn't working correctly after doing a quick reset).

Also, IF your desk is not working properly, or if you have an advanced digital keypad that reads "RST" or another error code, follow our reset instructions—this will usually fix the issue IF you follow the instructions carefully and perform all the steps.

UPLIFT Desk Advanced Keypad Programming

How to Program Your UPLIFT Desk Using Your Advanced Keypad
(If you have the 2-button keypad, this doesn't apply.)

How to save up to four heights on your keypad:

  1. Press and hold the "up" or "down" button to move the desk to your desired height. Then press the "M" button.
  2. Tap a button (1, 2, 3, or 4) to assign the current height to that number.
  3. Tap a numbered button and your desk will automatically move to the height you programmed.

How to lock your keypad to prevent accidental adjustments:

  1. Press and hold the "M" button until the display shows "LOC."

To unlock your keypad, press and hold the "M" button until your display shows a numeric height setting.

Note: In the event of a power outage, the desk will automatically return to the unlocked setting.

How to toggle between one-touch (single-touch) and constant-touch (press-and-hold) modes:

  1. Press and hold the "down" button until the desk reaches its lowest position.
  2. Press and hold the "down" button again until the display flashes "RST."
  3. Press and hold the "1" button until the display shows "10.1" (one-touch) or "10.2" (constant-touch)—and then goes back to "RST." While the display is flashing "RST," push the "1" button to toggle between the two settings.
  4. Then, press and hold the "down" button until the desktop lowers slightly, rises slightly, and the display changes back to the numeric height setting.

How to switch between inches and centimeters on your display:

  1. Press and hold the "down" button until the desk reaches the lowest position.
  2. Push the "down" button once again, until the display flashes "RST."
  3. Press the "2" button until the display shows "10.3" (centimeters) or "10.4" (inches)—and then goes back to "RST." While "RST" is still flashing, push the "2" button to toggle between the two settings.
  4. Press the "down" button until the desktop lowers slightly, rises slightly, and the display changes back to the numeric height setting.

How to calibrate the height display on your desk:

Once the frame is assembled and plugged in, press and hold the "down" button until the desk reaches its lowest position. Use a tape measure to check the height from the floor to the underside of the desktop. If your measurement matches your display, your desk is ready for use.

If the display doesn't match, follow these steps:

  1. Press and hold the "down" button until the display flashes "RST"; then push the "M" button until the display begins flashing.
  2. Press and hold the "up" or "down" button to adjust to your desk's measured height.
  3. Once the display changes back to "RST," press the "down" button until the desktop lowers slightly, rises slightly, and the display changes back to the numeric height setting.

*Note: "RST" will look like "ASr" on the display.

How to set your desk's maximum height:

  1. Press the "up" or "down" button to move the desk to the desired maximum height.
  2. Now, tap the "M" button, followed by the "up" button. The display will flash "S-".
  3. Press and hold the "M" button once again, until the display shows "999" and then changes to the numeric height of the new upper limit.

How to set your desk's minimum height:

  1. Press the "up" or "down" button to move the desk to the desired minimum height.
  2. Now tap the "M" button, followed by the "down" button. The display will flash "S-".
  3. Press and hold the "M" button once again, until the display shows "000" and then changes to the numeric value of the new lower limit.

How to remove the maximum and minimum heights:

  1. Tap the "M" button. The display will show "S-".
  2. Press and hold the "M" button once more, until the display shows "555" and then changes to the current numeric height setting.
