Keypads are available in Flush or Angled mount.
All Basic Keypads use constant-touch height adjustment: press and hold a button until the desk reaches the desired height.
One-touch Adjustment to 4 Saved Heights
Set up to four different heights and then tap a button to "automagically" adjust your desk to one of them. Move your chair and position a standing mat or board while the desk autonomously glides to your standing height with the help of its anti-collision system
Note that the Advanced Paddle Keypad uses a paddle instead and buttons and offers all advanced keypad functions while allowing a simple double tap of the paddle to adjust your desk to one of two saved heights.
Keypad Lock
Prevents the desk from moving until deactivated. Useful if unsupervised small children are present.
Anti-Collision system
The 6-axis electronic gyroscope sensor in the control box measures desk motion and works well to stop desk motion whether moving up or down. If needed, advanced keypads can adjust the sensitivity of the system.
1-Touch or Constant-Touch
Advanced keypads are set to one touch mode for convenient desk repositioning. Set to constant touch or lock keypad if unsupervised children are present.
Min & Max Heights
Set stop limits to trigger before the desk impacts shelves above or cabinets below.
LED Display
Adjust to a specific height with the height display. Display auto off after 10 seconds of inactivity to avoid light distraction in dark rooms.
Height Calibration
Calibrate the displayed height on the keypad. Especially useful to account for the additional height added by casters.

Assembly
Assembling an UPLIFT Desk is straightforward. This video provides a good overview of the UPLIFT V2 Desk assembly process to put your mind at ease.
The V2-Commercial Desk assembly process is very similar to the V2 desk. The primary difference is the installation of a Lower Crossbar, as shown in the V2-Commercial assembly instructions (pdf).

Child lock and anti-collision. The keypad lock feature blocks the functionality of the keypad, perfect for preventing injury in spaces where children may be present. The anti-collision feature, which includes an integrated accelerometer and six-axis technology in the control box, stops the desk from moving if it collides with objects while rising or lowering.
Typically, height adjustable desk frames that meet the extended height range requirement of the ANSI/BIFMA G1-2013 standard are not as stable at their maximum height and tend to wobble. This is due to the reduced overlap between the legs' telescoping tubes. To remedy this issue, we added a steel telescoping crossbar between the frame legs to reduce side-to-side movement. In addition, we increased the cross-sectional area of the V2-Commercial Frame legs by 33%, which further increases frame stability. Both the frame and the lower crossbar adjust in width to fit desktops from 42" to 80" wide.
Our UPLIFT V2 Frame does not require a lower crossbar for stability because we designed it with a stability brace (pdf) at the top of each leg.
Both frames include dual crossbar rails just beneath the desktop for additional, hidden support. If you have any questions at all about which desk is right for you, please don't hesitate to contact us.
All two-leg UPLIFT Desks are designed with dual motors, which means each leg has a motor inside. This makes our height adjustable desks quieter, stronger, safer, and more stable than desks with a single motor driving both legs.
The ANSI/BIFMA X5.5-2021 Desk & Table Products standard ensures that all UPLIFT V2 frames meet or exceed strict test requirements for desk loading, racking, leg strength, vertical adjustment, and cycle testing.
The G1-2013 Ergonomics Guidelines set desk height range requirements where compliant standing desks typically have a lower minimum height than non-compliant desks and support ideal ergonomic working postures for seated 5th-percentile female heights (5'0"). Click here (pdf) to learn more.
Check the small label on the end of your control box. This label has all the information you need to tell which program is on your control box. Compare the program number on your control box that starts with "99" to the program numbers found on the control box compatibility list (pdf) determine what features can be accessed with your control box, as well as compatibility with the UPLIFT Bluetooth Adapter and Advanced Paddle Keypad. If your control box has a power indicator LED on the top side and a port on one end marked "DC", you have an NH-type control box. NH-type control boxes include all available program features and are compatible with the UPLIFT Bluetooth Adapter and Advanced Paddle Keypad.
Control boxes shipped as far back as 2017 include upgraded safety features, including the integrated accelerometer and six-axis technology. This feature improves the sensitivity of the anti-collision detection, stopping the desk more effectively if it collides with anything during movement. Combined with our Advanced Keypads, these control boxes also include features such as a Keypad Lock feature that blocks the function of the keypad so other people can't access it, a safety benefit in home offices where children are present. Additionally, you'll be able to switch between One-Touch and Constant-Touch desk movement modes. NH-type control boxes include a "Double-Tap" movement option. Additionally, the LED display can show desk height in inches or centimeters. You can also set maximum and minimum desk height limits to prevent your desk from running into fixed objects like shelves or file cabinets. Compare the program number (starting with "99") on the control box label to the program numbers found on the control box compatibility list (pdf) determine the capabilities of your control box. If your control box has a power indicator LED on the top side and a port on one end marked "DC", you have an NH-type control box. In most cases, yes. Our designers were able to fit a large amount of crafting supplies, materials, and tools inside the table's five drawers/compartments—including sewing materials, fabrics, and craft books.
Yes, with a spacious 60" W by 30" D surface, this crafting tabletop has enough room to hold most sewing machines, and it's big enough to measure and cut large pieces of fabric. Yes, not only do we construct our desktops with high-quality European E1-level adhesives, we seal them all with a UV-cured protective coating that doesn't off-gas or emit VOCs.
Yes. This desk uses an NH-type control box which can operate on any input voltage between 100 and 240 Vac. However, it comes with a standard 3-prong U.S. type grounded cord and plug. An appropriate plug adapter may be needed to fit various international grounded electrical sockets. Not sure if you have an NH-type control box? Check to see If your control box has a power indicator LED on the top side and a port on one end marked "DC". If so, you have an NH-type control box.
