ready for uplift

Keep your desktop clear and your cords in their ports by adding a CPU holder to your desk. The swivel mount combined with the under-desk track allows for easy accommodation for almost all computer towers. Enjoy a worry-free transition between sitting and standing throughout the day, and protect your computer by getting it off the ground and away from dust and dirt, or off your desktop and away from spills and other hazards.

perfect fit

Each UPLIFT accessory is designed in-house to work with each of our frames, which is why we include a track spacer for mounting a CPU holder on a smaller desk. The track spacer is designed to fit snugly around the crossbars of UPLIFT frames, reclaiming space that would otherwise be unusable.

This handy accessory will lower the track itself two inches, and has the same weight capacity as the CPU holder itself, 50 pounds.

F.A.Q.

  1. What if my computer tower is over 50 lbs?

If your CPU is over 50 pounds then the UPLIFT Desk CPU Holder will not work. We recommend placing your tower on the floor, close enough to your desk so that it does not pull on the cords when you move your desk higher. Or you can place your tower on top of your desk.

  2. Where should I mount my CPU holder?

You can move one of your desk legs inward a little bit and mount your CPU holder just outside of the leg. Or you can mount your CPU holder along the back of the desk, parallel to the crossbar. If you want your UPLIFT CPU holder on the inside of your legs, but find that the crossbar is getting in the way, just get the UPLIFT Track Spacer. The Track Spacer covers the crossbar so that you can mount your CPU holder without running into the crossbar.

  3. My tower has "rings" on its outer edges. Will it fit?

If the rings are on the bottom of your tower, then you are in luck! Bottom rings will not interfere with the rotation or fit of the CPU Holder. However, top rings may get in the way by preventing the holder from rotating. You can get around this by leaving a space between the top of the tower and the CPU Holder.

  4. My tower is just barely larger than the maximum size listed, will it still fit?

Unfortunately, no. The maximum size listed here is firm. Consider another CPU holder that will fit your larger set such as this Humanscale CPU Holder.

  5. Can I use this for a battery backup system instead of a CPU?

Yes, as long as the battery backup does no exceed the size and weight requirements for the UPLIFT CPU Holder then you will be fine!

  6. Is there any harm in placing 2 CPU holders underneath my desk?

If there is enough room under your desk for two CPU holders, then by all means go for it! But you may want to evenly load your desk by placing the CPU Holders on opposite sides of the desk.

  7. What is the track spacer used for?

UPLIFT Track Spacers let you mount CPU holder tracks over your desk's crossbars underneath your desk, giving you the freedom to mount your most-needed accessories, even on smaller desks.

  1. Goes great with the desk 5 Star Review

I bought an Uplift desk and didn't think I needed the CPU holder, but decided to purchase it after having my desk for a couple of months. I'm glad I did. It's good to have my clunky tower off the desktop. This holder is solid and strong, no worries about quality. It slides on the track so it's really easy to get to my tower if I need to (don't need to very often so I'm glad to have it out of the way.) Way cheaper than some other ones I looked at, but still high quality.
